The old school use of an ID bracelet - for medical declarations. This one is currently engraved with a fading FRED CHAMBERS II and on the back DIABETIC 2 along with the medical symbol on the front in red enamel.
We can customize this by filling in both sides of engraving as well as removing the medical ID symbol if you wish.
ID bar measures 10x47mm.
Bracelet in full length is 8 7/8" long and 8.6mm wide. Can shorten and scrap gold for savings off the total. To receive an estimated price at a new length please message me on Instagram or email via the website to discuss!
