What a treasure! Appears to me to be old world engraved FJ. Up for debate. Claw feet reaching the oval. There is a strip of GOLD FILLED underneath the shank. Could have been added for sizing, or to adhere to the textured feet for shape. Wears very comfortably. 7.7g in total weight. Fits size 8 (sizable). Antique. 14k yellow gold everywhere, plus the strip of Gold Fill. 10.8mm north south. Engraving can be polished and added a new.
