DOWNPAYMENT for custom heirloom calendar disc

Thank you for loving the custom heirloom calendar charm! These are so special to me and inspired by an original T&Co. calendar disc, but elevated to add diamonds or gemstones, hand engraving on the front and the back, and completely custom to your own special months.

About the disc: 

Just the discs alone come from a long journey. Using vintage gold scraps (think broken pieces, missing earring, tangled beyond detangling chains, class rings that just don't have a new owner, etc.) we refine by hand down to pure gold form. Once refined we use the recipe for 14k plumb gold and make up a batch. It's hand rolled into a large sheet. From there I hand off to my bench jeweler who uses a diecut machine to hand punch out each disc. Next little tiny discs are punched out and melted to the top to add a bail. We finally use the same gold to pull jump ring wire. Truly it's a work of art with some much love poured into each one.  

Specs of the disc: 

• A beautiful weighty 8-8.5g solid 14k plumb gold disc that is just waiting for the personalization to make this an heirloom piece that can be worn for decades to come. 
• 1" diameter.
• 8mm jump ring. 

This downpayment secures your spot for an heirloom calendar. Downpayment is non refundable and non transferable. Once down payment is received we will begin communication to obtain all the details for your heirloom calendar charm. 

Final payment is due upon approving the mockup for your design. 

The total cost for a calendar with all the bells and whistles is: $3750.

All the bells and whistles means: 

• .30-.40carat natural diamond or gemstone* for the center stone in brilliant round cut, oval cut, heart, trillion, or princess cut. *Emerald available for additional $150.
  
• 1-3 letter engraving on the back (single initial, double monogram or triple monogram)
• Up to 6 starset diamonds and/or colored gemstones on any given month. 
• Mockup (up to 3 variations included - additional variations for a fee). 
• Hand polish, texturizing/matte on months without stones and polish shine on months with stones. (Optional - please specify for variations).
• Fully insured express shipping within the USA. (International shipping available for additional charge).

NOTE: We can add to the customizations which will increase final costs, for example:

• More than 6 starset stones in the months. 
• More detailed or longer engraving on the back. 
• Larger than .30-.40 carat center stone, emerald, or old euro or old mine cut diamond. 

Examples that may decrease the final cost:

• Final payment by Venmo / Zelle / CashApp or Apple Cash for $100 discount. 
• Leaving the back without an engraving. 
• No center gemstone.
